1. Product Disclaimer

Each wig is uniquely hand-painted, so slight variations in color, pattern, or texture are to be expected. These variations are a natural result of the hand-painted process and do not constitute defects.

2. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, except in the case of a verified defect caused by us. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

3. Shipping Disclaimer

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include insurance of up to $100. Once the package has been shipped and handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any issues that arise after shipment must be handled directly with USPS.

4. Order Processing 

• Processing Time: Normal order processing time is 2-4 weeks. This timeline does not include shipping time.

• Custom Orders: Processing and shipping times for custom orders may vary and are subject to the complexity of the order. Updates on custom orders will be communicated as necessary.

5. Lost/Damaged Packages Policy

In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, you may file an insurance claim directly with USPS. We will provide assistance by supplying relevant shipment details if needed, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays, or government actions
